Instructions

- Roll the mixture into small balls and flatten them into patties.
- Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each patty in the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place dipped patties on a lined baking sheet and let them set.
