Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until warm.
  4. Add peppermint and vanilla extracts.
  5. Stir well and remove from heat.
  6. Let it cool before transferring to a bottle.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
