Description
A delicious combination of peppermint and chocolate in a dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time.
