  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix well.
  6. Fold in whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
