Peppermint cake pops are a festive treat perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup peppermint frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  6. Add peppermint frosting and mix until combined.
  7. Form small balls from the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave.
  10. Dip each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and insert into the cake balls.
  11. Coat each cake pop in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
  12. Allow to set before serving.
