Peppermint cake pops are a festive treat perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup peppermint frosting
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Add peppermint frosting and mix until combined.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and insert into the cake balls.
- Coat each cake pop in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
- Allow to set before serving.
