Instructions

- Add egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
