Description
Peanut butter oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the rolled oats, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter for a different flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
