Delicious and moist peanut butter muffins that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, milk, oil, and egg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
