Description
A rich and creamy peanut butter fudge that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 cup butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- For a chocolate variation, add melted chocolate on top.
