Delicious peanut butter fudge with a chocolate coating.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
- Place back on the baking sheet and let set until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- You can use milk chocolate or dark chocolate for coating.
