Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
  6. Place back on the baking sheet and let set until chocolate hardens.
