- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
- Let the cheesecake sit overnight for best results.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts if desired.
