Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let it cool.
  7. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  8. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
