- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed.
- Pour in the milk and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Increase the speed to medium and beat for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Bring to room temperature before using.
