- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place the dipped balls back on the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate hardens.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Use a toothpick to help with dipping the balls in chocolate.
