Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
- Spoon the meringue onto a baking sheet in a wreath shape.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Once cool, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the meringue.
- Top with fresh fruits.
