A delightful pavlova grazing platter featuring meringue, fruits, and toppings.
Ingredients

- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla and vinegar, mix well.
- Spread the meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top the cooled meringue with whipped cream and arrange fresh fruits on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
