Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each ball in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
