- 1 cup natural almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond butter and honey until smooth.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
- You can use any nut butter of your choice.
- Ensure chocolate is dairy-free for a fully paleo option.
