- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix the crushed cookies with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use different types of chocolate for variety.
- Decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with white chocolate.
