Ingredients

- 2 live lobsters
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add lobsters and cover the pot.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until lobsters turn bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.
- Split lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Melt butter and mix with lemon juice.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.

- Serve with lemon wedges.
