Instructions

- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate, covering completely.
- Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens.
