A fun and simple recipe to create Ohio State Buckeyes candy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, covering it completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and let the chocolate set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use a toothpick to dip for easier handling.
- Try adding a pinch of salt for added flavor.
