Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add red wine and broth; bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in rosemary and thyme.
  6. Place beef in a roasting pan and pour the sauce over it.
  7. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
