Festive cake pops for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup frosting
- 1 pound candy melts
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl.
- Add frosting and mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the cake balls for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the candy melts in a microwave.
- Dip the tip of a lollipop stick in the melted candy and insert it into each cake ball.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, covering completely.
- Sprinkle with decorations and let set on a stand.
Notes
- Use different colored sprinkles for variety.
- Store in a cool place to keep the pops firm.
