- 1 whole roasted duck
- 2 cups wild rice
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts

- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the duck with salt and pepper, then roast for 1.5 hours.
- Cook wild rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, sauté Brussels sprouts in olive oil until tender.
- Add cranberries and pecans to the wild rice and mix well.
- Prepare a glaze with orange juice and honey, then brush over the duck for the last 15 minutes of roasting.
- Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Serve with wild rice and Brussels sprouts on the side.
