A simple recipe for no bake cookies that require no oven.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Let cool until set.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
