Description

A simple recipe for no bake cookies that require no oven.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Add oats and mix well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  6. Let cool until set.

Notes

  • Store cookies in an airtight container.
  • You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
