Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, covering half of it.
  7. Place back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate sets.
