Ingredients

- 1 cup diced onions

- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili powder, and cumin.
- Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese.
