Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla, cornstarch, and vinegar.
  5. Spread the meringue onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  7. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Top the cooled meringue with whipped cream and mixed berries.
