Ingredients

  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread the mixture on each tortilla.
  4. Add shrimp on top and roll the tortillas tightly.
  5. Brush the rolled tortillas with olive oil.
  6. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
