Ingredients

- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 package of flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the mixture on each tortilla.
- Add shrimp on top and roll the tortillas tightly.
- Brush the rolled tortillas with olive oil.
- Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Use any leftover filling for a dip.
- Feel free to substitute shrimp with chicken or vegetables.
