Description
A classic New England lobster roll made with fresh lobster meat in a buttery roll.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
