Ingredients

  • 4 live lobsters
  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 2 pounds of mussels
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1 pound of potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add salt and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the lobsters and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and mussels, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Drain the pot and serve the seafood and vegetables on a large platter.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.

  • Adjust cooking times based on the size of the lobsters.
