Description
A traditional New England lobster bake featuring fresh lobster, clams, corn, and potatoes.
Ingredients

- 4 lobsters (1.5 pounds each)
- 2 pounds of clams
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 2 pounds of small potatoes
- 1/4 cup of sea salt
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add sea salt.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the clams, corn, and potatoes to the pot.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Drain the pot and serve the lobster and vegetables hot.
- Drizzle with melted butter and garnish with parsley.
