Ingredients

- 1 live lobster (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 quarts of water
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add sea salt.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil.
- Add the lobster to the pot headfirst.
- Cover the pot and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove the lobster and let it cool slightly.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.

- You can serve with corn on the cob for a complete meal.
