Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
