Description
A delicious Mounds Poke Cake that combines chocolate and coconut flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a fork.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the cake.
- Add whipped topping on top of the coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- This cake can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to adjust the coconut according to your taste.
