Description
Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky pastry made from dough pieces baked together.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a bundt pan.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Coat the dough pieces in the sugar mixture.
- Layer the coated dough pieces in the bundt pan.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar.
- Pour the butter mixture over the dough in the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
Notes
- Serve warm for best taste.
- Can add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
