Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup frosting of your choice
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into mini cake pans.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before frosting.
  9. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
