Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup frosting of your choice
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into mini cake pans.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before frosting.
- Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of frosting.
- Chill the cakes before serving for a refreshing taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
