Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add vinegar and cornstarch, and mix gently.
  5. Pipe small rounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let them cool completely.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Top cooled meringues with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
