Mini pavlova is a light and airy dessert made from meringue, topped with whipped cream and fresh fruits.

- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract and vinegar.
- Spoon meringue onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in small rounds.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let them cool inside.
- Once cool, top with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use any fruit you like for topping.
- Be careful not to overbeat the egg whites.
