Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the mini brioche rolls in half without cutting all the way through.
- Spoon the lobster mixture into each roll.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
