Ingredients

- 2 cups mincemeat
- 1 pie crust
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
- Spread the mincemeat evenly in the crust.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the filling.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover with a top crust and seal the edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
