Instructions
- Cut the cheese into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Add the cheese cubes to the marinade.
- Toss to coat the cheese evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
