Description
Mango crumb bars are a delicious dessert made with a buttery crumb crust and a sweet mango filling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine mango puree, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the mango mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top of the mango filling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served chilled.
- Can substitute other fruits for mango.
