Description

Mango crumb bars are a delicious dessert made with a buttery crumb crust and a sweet mango filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, combine mango puree, eggs, and vanilla.
  6. Pour the mango mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top of the mango filling.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes
