Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add mango puree, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
