Ingredients

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the bread cubes, cheese, sausage, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be frozen for up to 2 months.
