Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add butter, milk, and eggs; mix until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely.
- Spread strawberry jam over the top.
- Add whipped cream and decorate with fresh strawberries.
