Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat and reduce heat.
- Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with low carb veggies or chips.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
