Description
A delicious twist on the classic Wellington using lobster.
Ingredients

- 1 large lobster tail, cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms, cook until moisture evaporates.
- Stir in lobster, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place filling in the center of each square.
- Fold pastry over and seal edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad.
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Can substitute with shrimp if desired.
