Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped lobster with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. In another bowl, combine heavy cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Stir in the dissolved gelatin until well mixed.
  5. Fold the lobster mixture into the cream mixture until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Unmold the terrine onto a serving platter and slice to serve.
