- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, shell side down.
- Use kitchen scissors to cut down the middle of the shell, exposing the meat.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Serve with extra melted butter if desired.

- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the lobster tails.
- For a grill option, cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
