Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Split the lobster tails down the center with a sharp knife.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails and brush with more butter. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
